I have a great room for rent in a beautiful property just on the edge of Bedford/Biddenham. It is a double room in a 2 bed flat.
The flat is on the 1st floor and it is a new build, very bright and modern.
Nice living, dining area, large fully fitted kitchen, broadband, tv etc.
I am a live in landlord who is female age 29.
There is an off street parking space. I am 20 min walk from Bedford train station. There is a bus route that connects the estate with both Bedford and Milton Keynes. I am situated very near the bypass with easy access to Bedford and the northern and southern villages as well as further afield.
I am a professional person who works Monday - Friday. I like to relax in the evenings and love trips to the pub and cinema as well as relaxing with a good book. I am looking for a flatmate who is clean and tidy, respects privacy but who is also friendly and sociable.
