The apartment has two double rooms and a bathroom (with shower over) available for rent on the first floor of the accommodation. My current flatmate has them arranged as the largest room as her bedroom and the smaller room as a private living/dining room. The rent is fully inclusive and includes all of this accommodation. The main galleried lounge is also available to share. The accommodation is of a high standard and gives plenty of scope for privacy as well as shared living. It looks out over Bedford’s beautiful River Ouse and is a 5 min walk from Bedford town centre and Bedford train station. The M1 motorway at junction 13 is 8 minutes drive and gives close proximity to Milton Keynes and the Midlands. I consider myself to be a relaxed individual with a good sense of humour.
