Right on Beckenham High Street its so convienient very very close to bars, shops and restaurants. Parking round the corner. The rent is very cheap rent for what it is, bills are really cheap as well. Bit of a steal.

Only reason I am moving out is because I'm moving nearer to work.

Housemates are 2 girls 1 guy, aged between 25-32 are clean and tidy and would be looking for someone similar.
