The house is fully furnished and you would be sharing all the rooms excepting your own Double room. Your monthly rent of £300 is inclusive of all bills.

I'm a Writer by trade but due to slow uptake at present I've started doing shift work, which means that I can be out all all sometimes, or out all night.
In my spare time I'm involved in fundraising for a Reforestation Charity in the Gambia and visit the Theatre.

My ideal Housemate would be clean in shared spaces in the house and a non-smoker.
