One double room avalible for rent at the end of july. The room is a very good size and is located with in 200m of the grant road exit of clapham junction station.
The room has a double wardrobe, double bed and chest of draws. There is also secure extra storge with the flat which is great for bikes and free parking right outside.
Also excellent bus routes within 100m of the front door. We have the 345, 49 to south kensington, 319 to sloane square, 344 via vaxhaul to liverpool st, 295 to hammersmith and shepards bush, C3 to earls court.
The flat is also a 5min walk to the numerious bars, shops and supermarkets of clapham junction. Including Lidl, Asda, Waitrose, M&S
The rent is A550 per calander month plus bills, which usually come to about A50aprox per month.
We also have a balcony that gets lots of sun and is great for an evening meal in this great weather. There is a great sized bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, also a single seperate toilet in the flat.
