We are advertising for a flatmate to join us in our 3 person flatshare in the groundfloor flat of a block of 4 student flats.
The flat compromises of Central hallway, Large storage cupboard, kitchen, Good size living room and Dining area, bathroom with a bath and overhead shower and 3 double bedrooms. It is a large flat with big windows and in a lovely area of bath.
The flat is furnished with all common amenities, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, hoover, ironing board etc. And all furnishings, beds, wardrobes, desks, chairs, sofas, tables etc. We have added so far a modern washing machine, bread maker, 32'' TV and coming soon a treadmill (running machine) for those who would like to save on a gym membership!
It is aproximately 25minutes walk into town and approximately 10minutes walk to Bath Spa Sion Hill campus. There are bus stops nearby for Bath Spa Newton Park campus and Bath University.
This is for female student rent only. We are both studying Textiles at Bath Spa University however we are not looking specifically for an arty student or even a Bath Spa University student. Anyone who feels they would be interested we would be happy to meet :)
We are both non-vegetarian, non-smokers however again we don't have a preference.
We currently share all food and toiletry costs equally and cook meals together majority of the time.
