The house has a communal kitchen/living room/restroom equiped with most modern appliances (gas cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toilet with bath & power-shower).

The size of the communal areas for fine for 3 people with wireless internet and TV already set up. Room itself is a good size and comes with a single bed, a chest of draws and upon request a table, book shelf and a chair. Its 5 mins walking away from Moorland road (which is an area good for food shopping). Also it's 5 mins walking to the bus stop for U18 and 18. It's 15-20 mins walking to the main train station or bus station and it's 20-25 mins walking to the Abbey. The current tenants are postgraduate students (Ph Ds) and we are searching for a undergraduate/postgraduate student or professional who is easy going. Viewings are welcome.
