Furnished single room in a 4 bedroom maisonette situated in Lansdown, Central Bath, with a 10 minute walk to the Roman Baths and lovely views of Bath. Sharing with 3 friendly female students. Co-op and other convenience stores are only at the end of the road. The bus route to Bath uni less than a minute's walk away and only 15 minute walk to Sion Hill. Close to bus routes to Bath Spa Newton Park.

The bedroom contains a single bed, chest of drawers, desk, hanging space, large desk and chair. The flat includes a kitchen, separate lounge with dining area and t. v. There is a bathroom upstairs and an additional toilet downstairs. However the bathroom will be totally renovated this summer with a brand new suite including a shower. We have high-speed broadband internet. Bills are paid separately. There is also a locked storage room included, and storage space in a large cupboard on the landing. The deposit is a month and a half's rent (£525) and the contract is a year, from July 2012 - July 13.

We are 3 girls studying textiles at Bath Spa, Sion Hill. We like having fun, being sociable and going out in Bath/ Bristol, as well as having movie nights!
