We live in a large 6 bedroom detatchen house, individually architecturally designed ( built by us), and in the house we have 2 double en-suite rooms to rent immediately. The 2 rooms have new furniture, double bed, sofa, bedside tables, large wardrobe with hanging rail and shelving, all have never been used, the en-suites are also brand new and never been used. Bedroom 1 measures 14ft4x 14ft11. Bedroom 2 measures 19ft x 9.5ft. These measurements are for the bedrooms & do not include the ensuites. We are looking for professional ladies, non smokers who will have the entire top floor of the house to youself (shared with another female lodger). You will have access to an ample sized shared living and kitchen area & you can have your own cupboards etc, If you wish and there is room in the bedroom for a microwave etc if you would prefer to have your own. We have two off road parking spaces, one of which we use, but we live on a quiet cul de sac so parking is not a problem. We live in the popular village of Bassaleg, when you leave the village you are on a dual carriage way which is 1 mile to the M4 Junction 28.
