tv/dvd player, safe, fan, and free WI fi for Internet
rent for a single person would be from £90.00 per week a couple rent is £120.00 (min 6 months let) shorter periods rent negotable

We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms /house but outside is ok (this is strictly enforced)
