My name is Paul, I have a large double room to rent in Barry, vale of glamorgan. I am looking for someone to share my house with my current tennant as I am currently working in London and intend to do so for the foreseeable future.
My current tennant is 25 and female, she is very clean and tidy and easy to get on with.
The house has a large bathroom, with double size shower, toilet, sink and bath. the down staires is open and spacious and the kithchen is a nice size.
Ideally looking for another female but anyone considered.
Bills are to be shared with current tennant. I have some furniture that can be used in the room but the tennant would need to supply their own bed.
