I live on my own and have a room available for rent to a female age 23-35. No DSS. I require a A200 security bond which is refunded when moving out if there has been no damage to the property. The weekly rent includes bills.

The room currently unfurnished but will provide double bed and wardrobe if needed. There is a nice view of the church from the room.

It is a clean modern large terraced house situated in a nice village with extremely good travel links and amenities. There is a nice area to sit out in.

I am laid back and have lived in shared houses at university but do expect good hygiene and a respectful attitude. I enjoy relaxing, watching TV and seeing friends and running through the week. At weekends I like going out and shopping.
