You would be moving into my home, which is fully furnished with all modern conveniences. We have easy access to junction 37 of the M1. Close access to the M1 corridor makes this property a convenient base for anyone working within the Leeds, Sheffield or Doncaster area. Wakefield and Huddersfield are also easy to commute to. Barnsley town centre is a couple of minutes away in the car, 20 minutes on foot. There's a Morrisons, Tesco and Asda close by.

You’d be sharing with me, plus one opther housemat that stays weekdays only. We both work hard through the week, so the house is pretty quiet. To fit with this, I'm looking for proffessionals or mature students to join the household.

The room is furnished with hanging space, chest of drawers and of course a double bed.

There is a large kitchen/dining room with double doors out into the garden, fully fitted with washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a large bathroom with separate shower and bath, spacious lounge with huge comfy corner sofa, TV with Sky+. The rent for the room is £300.00 per calendar month plus bills (aprox £80), bond of £300.00 required. Rental rate is negotiable of you only require the room Mon - Thu.
