Looking for a single tenant or a couple to rent a 12ftx9ft double bedroom for £600 per month. Bills not included.

Lovely bright flat in a great location - good commute to west end and City. The flat is made up of 3 beds:
Master bed - occupying 2 people (myself & girlfriend).
2nd bedroom - 12ftx9ft up for grabs for £600.
3rd bedroom - 9ftx7ft which will be a spare room for the moment and may or may not be let out at a later date.
1 bathroom
A large reception and large open-plan kitchen.
A very large communal garden and private terrace.

There are no photos at the moment because the flat is being decorated and new carpets going down, with new fridge, dishwasher and washing machine being fitted in the next week.

A guarantee of a 6 months lease for the room is required but I'm looking for the tenant to stay for at least a year. A month's rent as deposit (£600) and a month's rent (£600) in advance is also required.

Viewing anytime but be mindful that furniture will not be put in for a couple of weeks.
