Hi I have a large double room for rent with its own shower and toilet. the room is large and gets lots of light all day so its very bright. the room is furnished at the moment but can be unfurnished if needed.

a little more about the house, the living room and dinning room are joined very modern with flat screen, Sky HD, blue ray and surround sound all furnishings finished to a very high standard.

the kitchen was only put in last year, it has every thing you need oven, mirco wave, dishwasher, washing machine etc. the garden to the rear of the house is huge and there is also a fenced yard.

the rent includes all bills home insurance, Sky Tv, high speed wireless internet, heating, electricity and rates.

a little about me I am male 29 years old: ( I work full time 9-5. I am easy going laid back. I like to go out for a few on the weekends watch DVD's and I do tend to travel a bit for work so there would be times I am out for a week or 2.

I would like to find a room mate who is a little like me, I dont want to feel like a stranger in my own home so would like to go out for a few drinks every now and then.
