We are going away for 6 weeks over Christmas and January and looking for someone or a couple to take our roomm whilst we are away. It is a large double room fully furnished, with desk, wardrobes, and big plasma tv. We love living here, hence why only short term as we want to come back. The room is £150 a week and no bills.

You would be sharing with 6 other housemates, a kiwi couple, english couple, irish guy and canadian girl (aged between 20 and 28). It may seem like a lot of people but not everyone is at home at once, everyone is always busy and working different schedules. They are all friendly and very easy going.

The house is a big modern 5 bed house split over three floors. It has two bathrooms (good water pressure), nice big kitchen including dishwasher, lounge area and a backyard. The house has a cleaner that comes once a week so no stress there. It is a 5 minute walk to etiher Balham or Tooting Bec - easy getting on the northern line at Tooting before it gets too crammed and might even be lucky enough to get a seat.
