The room is at the front of the house and has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and bed-side table. The landlord is also very helpful should you require anything else.

The house has four bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate shower room upstairs (so no queues in the morning), a large open-plan kitchen/living area, utility room, downstairs toilet and French windows leading on to the patio and garden (perfect for a BBQ or breakfast in the sun).

The other housemates are very chilled out, friendly young professionals – three guys and one girl. We all get on really well and, when we find space in our busy lives, have a good chat in front of the telly.

The house is on a quiet residential street, ten minutes walk from Balham and Clapham South stations, with excellent travel connections – Victoria is less than ten minutes from Balham.

Balham itself is a great place to shop or go out, and with Clapham only a few minutes away there’s plenty to do.

The room is available from 19th June, but I can be flexible.
