2 mins walk to Balham tube (northern line) and rail (1 stop from Clapham Junction). Flat is very close to Tooting Bec Common and Lido, so good for jogging and swimming.
Balham has all you could want like bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, coffee places, parks, swimming pools, street markets….

Flatmates
3 flatmates (1 English, 1 Irish, 1French), late 20s / early 30s, professional. Sociable, but not party animals!
2 gay guys, working in cinema (and yes that does mean free cinema tickets) and hairdressing, and 1 really friendly straight guy, working in accounts
