We have a furnished double room available in our friendly, 3 bedroom houseshare in Balham as I am leaving my lovely room to move in with my boyfriend. The room is available 16/7 but can be earlier.

The room is big and has plenty of storage space. There is a chest of drawers, bedside table, large wardrobe and shelves in the room as well as a double bed.

The house is spacious for three people and is light and airy. There is a large lounge with Freeview TV, and two comfy sofas. Next to the kitchen is a dining area with additional sofa. The kitchen has all the modcons (oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine) as well as a tumble dryer and dishwasher - both very useful! Upstairs there is a bathroom with power shower and there is an additional toilet downstairs. The garden is a great sun trap and very nice in summer for BBQs. Wireless Internet is available in the house.

We are located about 5 minutes west of the station and high street. The area is safe and quiet.

All the current housemates are in their twenties, non-smoking and professionals. You will be sharing with a girl and a guy. We are both clean and tidy. We enjoy socialising as a house, going out for dinner, drinks or just hanging out together. But we also have our own lives too.

We are looking for another non-smoking, clean, tidy girl to move in.

The rent is £640 per month and bills are around £60 per month.
