I am looking for a female to share my flat with, which I own and am looking to rent out a double room. It is unfurnished, apart from a bookcase, but I can provide a single bed. Please email me if you want to discuss the furnishings - I will provide a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc if required.

I am quiet living, generally just watch the TV and work full-time.

Shared access to kitchen and shower room, there is also a conservatory. Garden and hut also. Access to shared driveway. Street is quite quiet but close to main bus routes, either for Prestwick or Ayr.

It you are a student, rent is only £290 as you don't have to pay council tax. One month deposit required. Otherwise, rent would be £350.
