I'm a 25 year old female looking for someone to rent out my spare room. The room has a single bed, wardrobe and bedside table. It is carpeted. I am a non smoker and have 2 cats. I would like a FEMALE housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy, and pet friendly! Ideally a non smoker but do not mind as long as its not in the house. The property is on the outskirts of Aylesbury, off the Bicester Road. Walking distance to town, and regular buses go from the end of the road. Rent is £80 per week or £300 per calendar month and includes rent, council tax, gas, electricity, water, virgin tv and wireless internet. 1 months rent is required as a deposit.
