Hello, I have double room to let in a maisonette. It is furnished with bed, small bedside cabinet, large wardrobe and a small walk in closet to store extra things. The room is front facing. Use of shared bathroom, kitchen and back garden. There is ample outside inside the flat as well as outside storage space, eg. for bike, etc. It is approx 7 mins walk to Aylesbury train station/town centre. I am looking for a neat and tidy lodger who is in full time employment. Refs and deposit are required. Female lodger only/preferred.
