I'm looking for someone, or a couple, to occupy the master bedroom of my new build townhouse in Kingsnorth.

The property is located in the Bridgefield estate which offers great access to the motorway, local amenities and international train station.

The room is more like a studio then a bedroom with door from the first floor landing to private, galleried staircaset. There is a Dorma window to the front and two Velux windows to the rear, just off the main body of the room is the dressing area and walking double wardrobe with approx. 16ft of hanging space. Also, the room has a large en-suite shower room with a second dorma window to the front and velux to the rear.

The house is over three floors with communal use of the study, kitchen, dining area, downstairs cloak and garden. There is secure off road parking available with addition OSP to the rear of the house and storage space in the garage and bike shed.

The house is currently shared between me, a local doctor and another professional. I work in Canary Wharf so leave early and return late and the other guys work differing shift patterns however we do enjoy each others company, regularly having BBQ's or going out to the local, but we are all very respective of 'personal space'.

All bills, including Broadband access, are included within the monthly rental amount.
