I bought the flat about a year ago and my friend who has lived with me for this period is moving out to live with his girlfriend hence the room coming up for rent. I work for Richmond Children's Servcies as a Family Intervention Worker a job I'm very passionate about. However, I also love a good time at the weekends and am a big golfer and cyclist. I really am chilled to live with as long as your chilled. Have no preferences re age, gender etc. I cant be bothered with working out bills every month hence £500 (£625 for couple) all in. My only request is that you set up a direct debit for the rent to be paid at the start of each month.
