We are 3 professional females and have 2 spare rooms in our fun and friendly townhouse in Willesborough, Ashford, which is walking distance from the train station, town centre and close to the motorway for drivers. We would ideally like another girl but are flexible on all aspects for the right person!

The house was totally refurbed before we moved in (May 2010) so we have a lovely kitchen, freshly painted walls etc, leather sofas, new carpets and wooden floors. We have Sky Plus and if you like X Factor and The Hills then you'll fit right in!

The first room is a very large double, A370 pcm which works out about A85 per week. It has wooden floor, freshly painted walls and is available immediately.

The second is a double room, A350 pcm which works out about A80 per week. It has new carpet, freshly painted walls and will be available in December.

The cost per month includes all bills and cleaning products, loo roll etc, as well as the odd BBQ or house party. We also have Sky Plus in the living room, WiFi internet and free evening and weekend calls.
