There are 2 rooms in this one bedroom ground floor flat. It is almost self-contained, except for a communal corridor. This is used by a husband, wife and 4 year old child who live upstairs. They are nice, and are away quite alot. There is an outdoor deck area. The flat is part furnished, and newly decorated. The washing machine is shared with upstairs. The flat overlooks a big grass area, bounded by a stream. There is a hillside beyond the houses on the other side of the road. It is a one minute's walk from the good selection of shops and cafes, restaurants and pubs on offer in ashburton. The flat is relatively compact, and would therefore best suit a single professional, although it might work for a couple. There's a landline available, and broadband too, if you are happy to piggy back off upstairs (they don't mind, but they switch their router off at night. ) Otherwise you would have to pay for your own connection.
