I have a lovely mid terraced house in Bowdon Vale. The street is a loevly quiet cul de sac, and has a corner shop right at the end of the street, along with a bus stop, take away, hair dressers etc. Its a five minute drive into altrincham or hale.

The room itself is rectangular with a sash window overlooking the back garden. There is a single bed in the room at the moment but it is big enough for a double. It also has a wardrobe and matching chest of drawers, and bookshelf. The furniture could be removed, if you would rather bring you own.

There is one bathroom in the house: a beautifully newly fitted bathroom with free standing bath and large stand alone shower.
There is a living room, dining room, kitchen and front and rear garden.

My ideal tenant would be in their late 20's - 30's, professional who is wanting a 1-6 month stay. has to be someone who likes cats, as I have 2: both of which are very friendly and welcoming and would love an extra knee to sit on.
