We are looking for one or two mid to late 20’s working professional(s) for our spacious double/twin room with private bathroom as part of a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. We are located in Shepherds Bush/Acton (W3) and are within walking distance to Westfield Shopping Centre and a short bus ride away from Hammersmith. The Central, District, Hammersmith and City, Piccadilly and Circle Lines are all within a 10-20 minute walk or bus ride away. We are a 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop which serves the 207, 607, 272, 260 and the 228 bus routes as well as the 24 hour buses (N207 and 266). You would be sharing with 4 professionals, 2 females and 2 males, all in their mid to late 20s from New Zealand and Australia. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washer/drier. It also has a spacious lounge and dining area with sky, unlimited wifi and free calls to New Zealand and Australia.

The room itself comes fully furnished with 1 x double bed, 1 x single bed, shelves, clothes hanger wardrobe and dresser as well as two internal storage compartments.
Rent: is paid monthly, and this room is £720 per month.
Deposit: 6 weeks rent (£1,080) and 1 months rent to be paid in advance.
Bills: are not included in the rent and are evenly split between housemates as they are due. They are usually a total of £50-70 a month depending on the time of year.
