The room that is available to rent is a spacious double room, that is clean and bright. The room is partially furnished with a queen sized bed, bed side tables (with storage) and a built in wardrobe.

As stated above the town center is only a short walk away as is the bus and train stations. The local leisure center and college are also within walking distance.

Local attractions include the cinema, pubs and clubs and also throughout the summer months there are various events held at the Bailey park, lots to do!

The ideal tenant would be someone that has a full time job and likes to live in a clean and comfortable environment. He or she would be easy going and enjoys having a laugh and socializing on the weekends.
