Currently I am living with my another flatmate at george street (post code- AB25 1HU) just opposite to john lewis and next to bon accord shopping mall. and adjacent to somerfield. 4 minutes walk from the union street. :). amazing location. we have just completed our master degree and working at some stores right now. just a week back our another flatmate moved to another place, so we are in URGENT need for a flatmate as early as possible. from 1st of may and even before. available- either a huge living room or a separate room depending on the seekers budget (hard to find such brilliant location with such low rent) we are quite friendly, fun to share space with, co operative and very flexible. telephone, internet available, and all the other amenities needed to live in a flat. we are sure if anyone comes and have a look, will surely like the flat and possibly the best location in town. cheers and thanks for your time :) students preferred, as one of us is moving soon so need to transfer the name for leasing. but no mandatory. someone who keeps up with the rent and bills on time will be fine.
