Hi,

I have a room to rent out in my rented 2 bedroom house. It is in a quiet residential street in Kincorth and on the 21 bus route which is handy for Dyce/City Centre/Altens. City centre is about a 15 minute walk away.

It is just myself in the house at the moment. I am a smoker but only smoke in the back garden. There are also 2 house cats. The room itself has a single bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. New furniture throughout the house which I bought when I moved in in May.

Rentis 360 with 140 utilities to be paid on month in advance along with rent. £400 deposit will secure the room.

I am a 26 year old professional working for an oil company in Altens. I enjoy the odd glass of wine during the week and probably have 1 or 2 saturday nights out each month in town.
