What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an English speaking professional male who does not smoke and who likes cats (there is one cat in the house).

What You Have to Pay
A350 a month for the single room, and A450 a month for the double room, both are including all bills except your food!
A months bond, and a months rent upfront will be required before you move in.

The House
Is a 4 bedroom townhouse with a decent sized garden that is set on a quiet road with easy access (walking distance) to local amenties such as take aways, supermarkets, shops, garages, pubs, doctors, dentists and pretty much anything you could need.
The house has just had new double glazing fitted all round.
There is a great bath and shower, and a second shower has already been bought to be fitted within the next few weeks.
There is lots of safe free parking in the area, both on and off road.
The house is a 5 minute walk from Lesnes Abbey and the Green Chain Walk / Forest.
The house has superfast 24Mb unlimited internet with Wifi throughout the hosue.
The house has Sky +, a Wii, and a Large Plasma Screen in the Living Room.
The house has a nice garden, great for summer BBQ's.

Your Room
Is a nice sized room, overlooking the garden and the Woods of Lesnes Abbey.
It has been recently completely redecorated.
It is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe, though a single bed could be supplied instead if you would prefer more space.

Location
The house is located 8 minutes walk away from Abbey Wood Train Station.
Trains to London Bridge take 25 minutes and run every 5-10 minutes
Trains to Cannon Street take 30 minutes and run every 5-10 minutes
Trains to Charing Cross take 35 minutes and run every 5-10 minutes
The M25 Junction 1 is 10 minutes drive away
City Airport is just 20 minutes away on the DLR (3 stops)
The DLR from Woolwich Arsenal is 2 Stops away on any train
Canary Wharf is 20 Minutes Away

Other Information
You will be living with a South African girl and an English Guy.
This is a social house, we work during the week and party on the weekends!
