We live in a quiet area of Abbey Wood, with lots of greenery. The local area has all amenities, and we are 7 minutes from Abbey Wood Station, and 5 minutes away from bus routes 180, B11, 229 and 469

An ideal tenant would be one with a friendly disposition, who fits in well and is clean and tidy. You will have free use of the kitchen and its contents including the microwave, kettle, and other utensils, and the use of my printer/scanner and copier.

Unfortunatelly, I am unable to upload pictures, but the flat is modern with a fitted kitchen and bathroom, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed and newly painted.
We are quite easy going and the other tenant is just completing and MBA and I am a consultant.
