Hi, I am looking for a 2+ bedroom house within a 15 min drive of Newburgh village. We are selling our own house and want to rent for about 2 years while my daughter finishes school. Ideally I would like an unfurnished house with atleast 2 large bedrooms, preferably 3. Large lounge or lounge + dining room. Conversatory + off road parking/garage would be a bonus. I would consider a house in Standish, Coppull, Parbold, Appley Bridge, Burscough, Skelmersdale, or other local areas off Junction 26/27 of the M6.
