Matthew: House wanted in Kelvedon, Essex

Looking for 2 bedroom unfurnished House for ~ £650/month

We are a professional couple, looking for a long term rent in North Essex. We are looking for the following:

A house or cottage (rather than a flat)
1, 2 or 3 bedrooms
Prefer rural location - period/farm cottage or similar
Cycling distance to a station (Kelvedon, White Colne, Cressing, Braintree, Marks Tey, Witham, Hatfield Peverel)
Unfurnished - it would be useful if the property came with white goods.

Budget £650

Our tenancy on our current flat will finish on 3rd April 2012, so we are looking for a contract to start around that sort of time.
