Hi. We are looking to private rent a 2 or 3 bedroom house in sowerby bridge, mytholmroyd, triangle, ripponden area. We are a working family. We have a child with one on the way. Our only problem atm is we dont have a bond until may, as the house we are currently in we didnt have to pay one. But we are genuine, honest and hard working people and would respect and look after your property as it would be our home. We would deffinately be able to give a bond in may. We are wanting to move house due to the property we are in been in bad condition and our landlord not doing anything about it. We have a guarantor.
