Looking for 2 bedroom unfurnished House for ~ £700/month

Hiya I'm looking to rent a 2/3 bed house in the medway area, there will be me and a friend living there plus a dog. We both work and are both males, both aged 36. Would like 2 double rooms of equal size, if 3 bed house there wud have to be a 2nd bedroom that wud fit a double bed. The 3rd bedroom would be used for wardrobes etc, also off road parking wud be good. We have found such properties before but they would'nt take dogs, thats where our problem lies, the dog is an english bullterrier and is 8 years old
