Hi I'm an 18 year old student wanting to find a 3 bedroom house for me and my 2 friends,
We are currently on benefits because we are waiting to settle in college and get our time table before getting a job.
We are very reliable, the reason we are moving out us because we have all decided its time to get our own flat and the best way to do so is to do it together. We would like a house as a flat isn't suitable for my pet bunnies as we will need a garden for them. If you took us on I sware you won't be let down. we don't smoke, don't drink are very very quiet for students as we like to keep in mature. and we have been looking for a property for so long but no one seems to want to give us a chance since we have no references as it will be our first time moving out, we have to start somewhere so I hope you give us a Chance, please call instead of an e-mail as we have had many "scams" contacting us by e-mail telling us to give them money before a viewing is even arranged, my sister has studied law so I know a scam when I see one, thank you so much for your help if you decide to contact us
