We are a young family looking to move from the St Anns area to the Meadows area (or as close as possible) of Nottingham.
We are looking for a 3 bed (minimum) house for no more than £500pcm.
My partner works full time and I'm a stay at home mum.
I recieve housing benefits and council tax benefits so can pay my own half of the rent.
We are both non smokers and are very clean and tidy people.
We have one cat who is fully house trained and has never scratched furniture.
We are looking to move as soon as possible but are hoping to be able to pay the deposit and first months rent in smaller chunks rather than in one go.
