I'm a mature single mother in her mid 40's with 2 boys and no pets looking for a 2 / 3 bed house in Margate / Ramsgate surrounding areas. I am a full time mother for which I claim housing benefit, which would be payed directly to the landlord leaving no doubt of rent commitment in these uncertain times for a lasting tenancy. I am only moving properties because my presant landlord of 6 years is needing to sell and I can provide good referances if needed.
