*We are a professional couple who have been renting for 6 years and can provide references if required.
*We are looking for a long term let, ideally 3 bedrooms but would take two if there was plenty of storage. *Ideal areas are Bramley, Rodley, Wortley, Kirkstall, Guiesley, Yeadon, Apperley Bridge.
*Unfurnished is preferable however part furnished can be discussed.
*A property with a garden/yard is essential as we have a labrador, well behaved, however we obviously need the space in/outdoor for him.
*We also have a 7 year old girl, my partner (Steve)'s daughter who stays every other weekend.
