Looking for 3 bedroom unfurnished House for ~ £400/month

We are a full time working couple
we have kids on weekends
we do smoke and are very happy to smoke outside we are concidering quiting too we dont drink and we have a dog and cat both are house trained and will not damage anything the dog only barks if someone at door. we currently live in a flat no heating faulty electrics

our home is very damp and no good for my partner with astma or his boys.

we can offer homeowner guarantee
work referances.

we can not afford deposit or bond.

we can go up to 400 rent and prefer bransholme as close to schools and youngest wants to move in asap. but we cant have him with us here

we are a very homeproud family so property will be kept clean.
