Hello my name is Alex, I'm currently living in rented accomodation and need to find somewhere else to live, The property I'm currently in has severe damp issues and also some repairs which the landlord simply is not fixing, I have an chronic illness and the damp is playing havoc with my health, I'm 26 year old male I dont smoke or drink and only have a very small group of close friends, Due to my illness I am in reciept of sickness benefit and also housing benefit. I currently recieve £400pcm in housing benefit and this would continue onto any other property, Due to my extremely low income I would not be able to pay a deposit but could offer a guarantor ie somebody who is working, I could also provide excellent references if needed, I am a very clean well mannered man, I'm willing to move into any kind of property from bungalow to house as long as it is in acceptable condition, If you can help please contact me thanks
