I'm looking to rent a studio/flat or even a house share. I have a budget of £400pm, I am also willing to rent with another individual who maybe in a similar situtation to myself. ideally I would prefer to rent in Dunstable, houghton regis, slip end, caddington, kensworth, markyate etc. I work 5 - 6 days per week and may from time to time stay at my partners house at weekends. I'm a happy go lucky chap most of the time and get on well with others, some times I like my space and privacy, hobbies include music, internet and films.
I'm big on hygene and would not be prepaired to share with a smoker. I know how to cook and clean and respect other people. parking would be a bonus but not essential.
would prefer renting with male or female of similar age but this is not a condition, if your responsible and with a decent manner then I would be willing to share, I'm 45yrs young male.
I have no problem with pets so long as they dont leave hair all over the house.
