I am looking for a 2/3 bed property for myself and my 2 children max rent 750 PCM but willing to go higher for the right property in the downs barn or surrounding streets in Neath hill, downhead park and coninburrow area, Needs to accept housing benefit. Would like to use home bond scheme I also have a guarantor who is in full time employment and a home owner.
