Looking for 1 bedroom unfurnished House for ~ £650/month

Professional couple relocating to Kent (looking at Ashford/Maidstone/Canterbury/T unbridge/Tonbridge). 1-2 bed house/annexe or large double room en-suite required for end of June, ideally for the weekend of 24th. Preferably unfurnished. Parking is a must for 2 cars plus storage space. We have no pets and are non-smokers. Rent between £400 & £650 per month (max).
