I have a 3 storey house with my bedroom on the top floor, the spare room with own bathroom on the middle floor, along with 3rd room (currently used as a playstation room/ washing room), on the ground floor is a hallway with toilet, kitchen, and lounge/diner leading out onto decking then onto a patio. There's a seperate garage and driveway for 2 cars (I often park on the road as I live at the end of a cul de sac). There is a co-op 200 yards away, 1.5 miles to town centre, on a bus route. The bedroom available has a double bed, bedside table, triple wardrobe, drawers, curtains, duvet etc. I am looking at getting a tv aerials fitted if required. You will have wi-fi access, and sky plus in living room (for £10 a month a sky box could be fitted to bedroom). I have a pet dog, a cocker spaniel who lives on the ground floor. She's out all day but with us in the lounge every evening. Bills are included. I work full time and chill in the evenings watching tv. Very easy going, just like a clean house.
