I am a 27 year old teacher of Business Studies living in Leigh. I have a number of spare rooms in the house I own and would like to offer one out to the right person.

The house is situated in Leigh near Wigan. It is in commuting distance of the surrounding locations of Manchester, Liverpool, Bolton, Wigan, Warrington and St Helens without the city centre prices! It is a 5 minute walk from the main bus station but sufficiently located off the main road in a fairly peaceful terrace row. It is slightly set back from the footpath making it slightly more private than those walking right onto it.

I am offering a lovely double loftroom for a caring tenant. There are 4 bedrooms in the house of which the correct tenant can choose any! The loft room is likely to be the preferred choice. On top of this as part of the deal you will also be offered one of the smaller bedrooms as a walk in wardrobe and changing room which can be quite handy.

The amount mentioned in the advert is a guide and could be worked into a weekly or monthly figure. I will ensure I undercut the rest of the market to get the right housemate. Also, its just as important that it is right for you as well as me - obviously.

I am a laid back person and seek someone of similar character, preferably a professional who understands busy day to day work commitments but enjoys the weekend! A Teacher would be perfect! But not essential. I would consider any large belongings you may need to look after being moved in.
