Hey there,

I am looking to sublet a converted house in Fulham. It's quite unfortunate that I have to move out, but that's an opportunity for you to move in a great place at a great location. I am flexible on timing and can move on a one month notice.

The Rundown:
The house is lovely and very cosy, full of light. There are windows in all rooms of the house including the two bathrooms. There are 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each and an amazing living room with a dining area / kitchen above it on a mezzanine floor right under the roof.

The Detail:
The dining area / kitchen is one of the best parts of the house: it is on the top, mezzanine floor overlooking the living room and is full of light through two roof windows. The living room is very nice, very comfortable and also with lots of light - its entire wall is with windows. The master bedroom is an en-suite, the other bedroom is also a double and, though not en-suite, its bathroom has a bath tube. Both rooms have large double-door closets. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, big fridge with a freezer. The house will probably come otherwise unfurnished. Storage space is also available.

The Location:
The house is on Rowallan Road in Fulham. It is a lovely, quiet street off the main Munster Road. The whole area is with very cosy houses, each one with a different color. The neighbours are excellent. There are plenty of nice bars, restaurants, convenience stores, bigger supermarkets… everything you need at your fingertips. King's Road, Fulham Road and Putney Bridge are within walkable distance too. The river runs nearby and there are lots of parks, a sports centre, a cinema, and a medical unit in the immediate vicinity. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith and Parsons Green tube stations are all nearby. Easy access is also available with a number of buses, including from Putney.
