We've a lovely doube bedroom in a 3 bed end of terrace house. The room is furnished with a large double wardrobe, chest of draws, a tall boy, doube bed and side table (all matching). There’s also a new fully tiled up stairs shower room and a 3rd single room which is kept spare as a guest room / store room. Down stairs there’s a large living room / diner and a new kitchen / breakfast room with all new integrated appliances. There’s also a further down stairs bathroom, a patio garden and on road parking.

The house is to share with a couple who tend to work away a lot and are kept busy with social interests in the evenings. When at home we like to go the leisure centre (5 min walk away) a few times a week or when at home we'll just watch a blu ray and chill out. At least one weekend a month we spend away in Bristol with the family. The house is a short walk to the estuary and a 5 min walk to the train/ bus station, convenience stores and the town centre.

The current tenant is moving out at the end of March so the room would be available 1st April. The house has wireless broadband and all bills are included for £495. All communal cleaning is also included.
